Four women from Los Angeles who played ’60s-influenced rock ‘n’ roll with an ’80s pace and attitude. Formed in 1983, the group was cut short by the sudden death of bandleader Paula Pierce in 1991. Although I quite enjoy some of these songs, it is derivative. If this band existed in the era they so admired, I’d be all over this..
