Record breaking long-distance pilot and governor of the British section of the Ninety-Nines. Originally a nurse and an actress, Scott learned to fly in nine months, and went on to a successful career in aviation. It would be funny to watch her films knowing her later achievements, but I don’t think they’re worth including.
