Caesar (or Ceasar or Seazer) is a Japanese composer of film and theatre music. His scores are epic psychedelic rock-operas. His album ‘Kokkyou Junreika’ was Julian Cope’s “5th best Japrock album” in Japrocksampler, bringing a wider international audience to his work, though he is still largely unknown outside of Japan. Some of his music is impressive in its scale and otherworldliness but I don’t think it will appeal to children much, unless it’s in the background of a film, which I’ll write about separately.
