American comedy rock group of the MTV generation formed in 1981 as “the world’s worst band” under the name Green Jellö, but had to change it after Jello sued. They found fame with the advent of the music video, when their prop and costume-based live show could be shared with a wider audience. They reform every now and again. Sooo ’90s MTV, which is kind of interesting but also really depressing. It’s not really satire, it’s not really slapstick… Meh. Probably good fun to see live once but come on man.
