Indie pop band formed by frontwoman Tammy Ealom in 1996. They are part of the Elephant Six Records collective, a group of influential ’90s American indie bands. In more recent albums they’ve added a harder guitar sound, but they’ve always had a very melodic pop sensibility behind their work. This is a really cracking band with some excellent songs but I don’t think they’re particularly remarkable in any wider sense so won’t be included. I’ll be listening to them a fair bit though. Good stuff!
