Registered dietician and nutritionist, and co-author of six books. She has been inducted into the Vegetarian Hall of Fame. With titles like ‘Becoming Vegan’ and ‘Becoming Vegetarian’, I think Davis’ books are too preachy to be included. They aren’t fun. The person who recommended me to look at these books misunderstood my question as wanting advice on how to raise vegan kids.
